At The HotSpot by Vervet Adventures, we want every visit to be relaxing, social, and safe. Our saunas are designed for comfort and well-being — but as with all experiences close to the sea, a few simple guidelines help make sure everyone enjoys their time responsibly.
You’ll receive a PIN code on the day of your booking.
Write it down before you arrive — you’ll need it for access to all areas, including the wardrobes, sauna, and toilet.
Please shower before entering the sauna, and again after a dip in the sea before re-entering. Swimwear is required, and we ask that everyone sits on a towel while in the sauna to keep it clean and comfortable for the next guests.
Pour fresh water only on the sauna heater — and do so carefully, as the steam can be very hot.
Keep the sauna door closed to maintain the heat, and avoid bringing food or alcohol inside.
Please be considerate of others — no loud conversations or photography of other guests (and never in the changing rooms).
Remember to stay hydrated by drinking water, and take breaks to cool down outside between sessions.
The final ten minutes of your booking are reserved for changing, so please respect your time slot and leave the sauna ready for the next group.
The water at The HotSpot is cold all year round — refreshing, but also something to respect.
Be aware of the risk of cold shock, and always enter the water carefully. Avoid swimming alone and keep close to the sauna; don’t swim too far out, and never go under the floating dock. Use the ladder to get out of the water.
If you plan to dive, only do so where the water is deep enough, and always check for low tide before jumping.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
Do not jump or dive from the rooftop terrace — the sea level is not deep enough to do it safely from that height.
The HotSpot is about balance — heat and cold, energy and calm.
Respect the surroundings, the other guests, and yourself.
