Introduction to Cross-Country Skiing - Morning Tour

Ski through the enchanting winter landscapes of Northern Norway on our cross-country skiing tour. This adventure is perfect for exploring the outdoors, and you'll feel a true sense of achievement as you master the trails! No prior experience is required, as this tour is suitable for almost everyone.

The journey begins in Tromsø city center, where you'll take a scenic 50-minute bus ride to our camp in Breivikeidet.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your tour guide and provided with all the necessary equipment, including thermal suits, boots, hats, mittens, skis, and poles.

Before setting off, we’ll teach you the basics: how to move, put on your skis, fall, and get back up. Once you’re comfortable with these skills, you'll embark on a hike through the stunning Arctic scenery with your guide. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Lyngen Alps and the sea as you ski through the snowy trails!

After your skiing adventure, warm up in our traditional Sami lavvu (tent) with hot drinks and cake by the campfire.

Additionally, our basecamp is home to about 80 friendly huskies, so you can meet and cuddle with them while you're here.

Once you've relaxed and warmed up, you'll be transported back to the city with wonderful memories of your cross-country skiing experience.
