Practical Information

Good to know 

• The time of return to Tromsø depends on the course of the tour: the distance of the chase, weather conditions and the northern lights displays. 

• Since the northern lights are a natural phenomenon, we cannot offer any guarantees. Still, we promise to use all our experience to maximize our chances of a successful chase. 

• There is no refund if the northern lights do not appear, however you may book the same tour a second time at 50% discount at our sales shop in Tromsø (Subject to availability on the next tours) 

• This tour does not include dinner (Full meal) 

• You can rent thermal suit and boots at the meeting point.

What to bring or wear 

• We recommend our guests dress well, with warm layers of wool and a down jacket. 

• We also recommend you bring a hat, mittens, scarf, and warm socks. 

• No suitable clothing? You can rent thermal suits and boots at the meeting point 

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed.

• Alcohol consumption is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse access to intoxicated guests.
